If you engage us for the purchase of your home in The Hague, Wassenaar and surrounding municipalities, this is full service. What does a buyer's agent do or rather what do we do exactly for you:
- Mapping your housing preferences;
- Selecting the right property for you
- Selection of the houses;
- Accompaniment during the purchase
- Guidance during viewings;
- We request all relevant information and go through it for you. You should think of the legal documents (proof of ownership, possibly division deed / deed of leasehold), documents of the VvE, etc.;
- We check the information with the municipality, Land Registry and soil counter in connection with destination, pollution, underground tanks, public law obligations;
- We jointly evaluate the visit with all the points of interest and then advise on a purchase strategy;
- Advising and if necessary arranging an architectural inspection, the costs of the architectural inspection are for your account;
- We will conduct the negotiations for you;
- Advises you in the choice of a notary;
- Compose the deed of sale for you
- Go through the deed of sale;
- Guide you in the signing of the deed of sale;
- Monitoring of the important dates and any action points in the deed;
- Checking the documents of the notary before the transfer;
- Before the transfer we will inspect the house;
- Guide you in the notariële delivery to the notary and key transfer;
