Indien gewenst is het mogelijk om een parkeerplaats te huren op het af te sluiten achtergelegen terrein (parkeergarage en parkeerdek) tegen een maandelijks huurtarief van € 50,-. Een opslagruimte kan ook gehuurd worden voor € 50,- per maand.

Het aanleveren van een geldige studentenverklaring is voor deze locatie verplicht. Hier mogen enkel studenten wonen.

The Haagse Hogeschool is at approx. 6 minutes cycling distance, which makes this location perfect for students.

This studio, suitable for 1 person, is equipped with:

The rental price of a room including advance payment G/W/L and service costs is € 910,-. Rental allowance is not possible.

The deposit is twice the monthly inclusive rent.

If desired, it is possible to rent a parking space in the closed rear area (parking garage and parking deck) at a monthly rental rate of € 50, -. A storage room can also be rented for € 50,- per month.

Providing a valid student statement is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
