What exactly do we do for you?

  • Mapping your housing preferences;
  • Selecting the properties;
  • Guidance during viewings;
  • We request all relevant information and go through it with you. This includes legal documents (proof of ownership, possible division deed/leasehold deed), documents from the Owners Association (VvE), etc.;
  • We check the information with the municipality, Cadastre, and the soil information desk regarding zoning, contamination, underground tanks, public-law obligations;
  • We jointly evaluate the viewing with all points of attention and then advise on a purchase strategy;
  • We advise and arrange, if necessary, a building inspection. The costs of the inspection are at your expense;
  • We conduct the negotiations for you;
  • We advise you in choosing a notary;
  • We go through the purchase agreement;
  • We guide you during the signing of the purchase agreement;
  • We monitor important dates and any action points from the purchase agreement;
  • We check the notary’s documents for the transfer;
  • We inspect the property before the transfer;
  • We guide you during the notarial transfer at the notary and key handover;

Every step of the process is, of course, taken in consultation with you.
