What exactly do we do for you?
- Mapping your housing preferences;
- Selecting the properties;
- Guidance during viewings;
- We request all relevant information and go through it with you. This includes legal documents (proof of ownership, possible division deed/leasehold deed), documents from the Owners Association (VvE), etc.;
- We check the information with the municipality, Cadastre, and the soil information desk regarding zoning, contamination, underground tanks, public-law obligations;
- We jointly evaluate the viewing with all points of attention and then advise on a purchase strategy;
- We advise and arrange, if necessary, a building inspection. The costs of the inspection are at your expense;
- We conduct the negotiations for you;
- We advise you in choosing a notary;
- We go through the purchase agreement;
- We guide you during the signing of the purchase agreement;
- We monitor important dates and any action points from the purchase agreement;
- We check the notary’s documents for the transfer;
- We inspect the property before the transfer;
- We guide you during the notarial transfer at the notary and key handover;
